its not the bank. they are collectors. agents. not bank staffs. they make money if you pay direct to the bank and not through akpk. ive asked about this with my bank and akpk. they they all confirm this. just ignore them. for us...we really very sensitive with tat word of "legal action" from the mouth of debt collector.

its annoying. yeah. but just be firm. say you will only pay akpk, and you already got bank's letter saying your payment will be through akpk only and if they have problem with that, talk to your akpk officer. its ok to give contact to your akpk officer to the collectors. but also make sure you inform the akpk officer about it. you dont need to give the agents anything.
