before mco i didnt receive any letter or text saying my bank loans suspended due to moratorium so i continued bank in to akpk. Now i received letters from bank saying my loan extended due to moratorium. so what happened to the 6 months payment? i can skip 6 months payment or my loan will supposely end 6 months earlier?

i want make early settlement but bank say no release letter and the account will auto close in 6 months after settle. Is that true? I asked if no release letter then how to show AKPK i settled. He replied 'you try ask AKPK'.

Will AKPK accept payment receipt as proof of settlement?

i dont understand either. i went to customer service to check how much i need pay to settle, they ask me go front counter find out. I go front counter and after got an amount(not sure is discounted not) then ask will get release letter? he answered no release letter. account will auto close 6 months after settle.

anyone have contacts for citibank collection dept? I tried call centre and they say only akpk collection dept can check my settlement amount. Each time they transfer, call will disconnect. Even 1 lady gave me a "direct line" but when i call, this line is not in service. My state dont have citibank branch so i cant do walk in.

guys, i have done partial settlement but not receive release letter yet. AKPK said if no release letter, I need submit pay the amount shown in system which include the settled banks. If I do pay that amount, will I get the extra payment back later? Who will pay me back? AKPK of bank? How will they be paying me? Direct to my account or by cheque?

thanks for the info. the floating cash can be use to pay the remaining bank? if more than the monthly payment mean i can skip til the floating cash runs out?

i am having hard time getting a settlement offer from citibank. my state dont have citibank office so i have to call in. but normal agent cannot help me cause under akpk. each time agent try transfer call will disconnect. citibank akpk dept after a month still no call back.

what if i stop paying akpk and let the dmp revert back to normal? then i call in to citibank "normal" agent to get a settlement? will that work?

i tried both online chat and call. I said I already called few times and call transfer failed. said will have the akpk dept call me but no call. their answer is always "sorry sir. I cant help cause different dept"

can i know how u get the settlement offer? i am having hard time contacting citibank.

I had no problem phone calls with other banks. especially standard charted most pro. they even updated with akpk after i settled. i dont even need to wait n upload release letter. other banks i still need wait for release letter then upload to akpk myself. now only left citibank that still not settle cause SORRY CANT HELP CAUSE OTHER DEPT.

good luck with the return call. Its been a month now and I still havent received any calls from them.
