Not play 5 times only. But the region lock of your drive may only be resetted for 5 times only.

Btw, I just upgraded my Macbook RAM to 4gb. So far so good biggrin.gif

there are 2 levels of education discount for apple store UK.

one is education discount for K12 and college students where they get approx 10% discount on mac products except the ipods

The higher edu (HE) discount is only valid for UK university student with valid NUS card (if you buy in apple store) and you can access the HE online store from within your uni network only.

dude,dont u ever do research? 17inch MBP alu is not even out anywhere in the world.

@crazyee
hmm,seems your school is one of the selected schools who partners with apple to give the students more discount. I came across the 50GBP ACPP from an apple support page earlier,very good deal indeed.

To be honest,thanks for the online apple store support, I chat with one of the help team, she gave me the link, else I will stupid enough to buy at retial price
It's good being a student here

it will be around 15% off from retail price. wait for the summer back to school promo. best time to get a mac with rebates on ipods and printers. one of our forumer yawhong had a buying feast on last promo tongue.gif

FYI, ONE student is only permitted to purchase ONE apple computer with edu discount in an education year.

Hi guys just got my MBP few days ago. Was just wondering is it just my MBP or the service? It seems the built in weather widget for Kuala Lumpur is not updating at all?

Now we don't need to pay RM39 for the ilife 09.

It will give it as free to mbp buyer inside the box.

question, apple claims the new unibody design allows for them to build thinner notebooks.

however, upon comparing the unibody macbook 13 and the older white macbook 13, the lower half of the laptops have the same thickness. how come?
