QUOTE(AudiA6 @ Jul 23 2009, 10:22 AM) OCBC loan is separated into two and they only finance the car park up to 10 years. my rhb loan was split into 2 but both car park n housing loan is also for the whole 30 yr duration la.It is the main reason why i chose from RHB. Everything is under 1 loan and only 1 tenor. |

QUOTE(paul5005 @ Jul 24 2009, 02:52 PM) ya is true......but from my experience getting the house loan, it ended most of them is almost the same is like choosing between apple(crunching), orange(juicy) or banana(easy to eat)...so which one you like harga oso almost the same........there is no way you can order fruit punch........Just to share my experience.... true in a way. but not all people buy properties are for own stay. basically depending on the use of the property, one should choose a financing package to suit. e.g, lowest interest rates for own stay. for flipping, it would be entirely different. |

QUOTE(kimhoong @ Jul 22 2009, 10:08 AM) Didn't know the tricks back then Hi kimhoong,Yes, by right it should so but unfortunately, the SA told that I am not "eligible" for EPP 12 months payment because I withdraw EPF for the 10% downpayment - which is said to be the requirement for the package/scheme. I'm going over to the office this Sunday to talk about this with the boss since my SA could not help me much (as he said this is decided by his boss). Meanwhile, I'll see if I could snap some photos of the construction site to share. I went to the sales office just now to settle my 10% downpayment. I managed to get the EPP 0% 12 months payment using my CC. Just approached those ladies sitting in the counter straight away, they will get it done for you. DON'T approach your SA.... Good Luck!!!! P/S: Before this I did tell my SA that I will go for EPF withdrawal. But, I changed my plan |
