Ive just received the cc copy of the developer letter to my RHB bank requesting for disbursement. Hopefully they will be able to do so b4 the due date or else i will have to bear the 10% p.a interest for late payment.

Just need to check with lawyer and the bank to make sure there wont be any delay on disbursement.

By the way, i still not yet received a copy of the S&P from the lawyer..
Everytime call them they tell me wait. doh.gif

It's been almost 2 months i signed the S&P oledi....

yup.. at the begining i use other lawyer to do the loan agreement,
but they developer lawyer call me and say must appoint them to do
the loan agreement... no choice but to give them ...

please check with the Housing Development Ministry, the Housing Development Act has been amended in 2007 and states that Service Apartment is also under the protection of HDA..

You can refer to any of the hundreds Zest buyer to show you the standard HDA SnP .. nod.gif

Anyway my unit is in Block C im sure those who bought Blaock C will be receiving the letter very soon.

Its a cc letter to us from the Developer to the Bank.

Back from the sales office.

The sales have been very encouraging. I think there are only around 20~35 units available. Most of them are Tower A above 15th floor which are understandable due to higher prices. (I saw 1-2 deals done on the spot).

The showroom in the site is READY according to my SA but due to some technical issue such as telephone line, it is not yet opened to public. According to him, even the interior design is ready biggrin.gif

For my case on EPP, no issue anymore as the manager was very friendly. Maybe this is after some discussion between my SA and him before meeting me laugh.gif The only issue I'm facing is the CC's Credit Limit doh.gif Should have increased the credit limit from Day 1 - couldn't afford 25k credit limit :S - or maybe I'm too poor compared to others here sad.gif

There was food served but as I reached there late (around 1:30pm), the food was no longer nice sad.gif

I have snapped some photos - nothing much to update actually but better than none, right? Gonna post up later.


eugene jk - can you confirm about the water meter? According previous discussions, it should be normal rate/method as per what condos are having. Once the management is handed back to the owners, we can decide to have it individual water meter to enjoy normal rate directly from SYABAS. Kindly enlighten us on this biggrin.gif

Hi Kimhoong..

Bcos Zest sits on commercial title, as far as the article published on the paper, it only states apartements and condos which I presume those sitting on residential land are qualified.

Service Apartment is always a grey area, i think we can consult with the developer and see what is the direction smile.gif

There is someone from Zest told me that, water bill will be pay directly to Zest and no free water from Syabas.

better you make your case known to the developer. otherwise you will be slapped with some late interest charges that is of not your fault. you must make sure you received a copy of the undertaking letter from the banker pertaining to the loan. otherwise, there is no disburement from them even you have signed the loan agreements.

I have received the letter as well and my purchased unit is in Block B. So fast??

In that case they should be buidling Block C and B simultaneously.

Not sure about Block A, Anyone from Block A have received the letter as well?
