We asked the lawyer - he explained that they changed from CF (certificate of fitness) to CCC (certificate of completion and compliance), and some other "minor clerical" changes.

This "approved ramp" is something that they have to build - that's how I was told...
Anyway this ramp thingy is not part of the S&P...

you could have use an alternate route. I think Block B only left those facing back/hill. Pool facing is all gone.

Anyone has any news on Block A? Has the Korean manage to hantam all (assuming this is true).???

i just booked a unit at block c, high unit facing the pool
due to personal reason, i would like to cancel the booking but was told by the sales person that i could not take back the booking fee unless my loan is rejected or there is someone else taking up the unit
wonder anyone can help me getting back the booking fee or interested to take up my unit
my unit has free 2 units of air-conds

When I paid for the deposit, the SA told me that the deposit is not refundable unless your loan is rejected. I think is written in the receipt as well. hmm.gif
