Atmosfera is having huge publicity for their launch this weekend....2 page advert somemore....wonder if Zest will do likewise after the show unit is ready!

If im not mistaken the developer for atmosfesra is the same devleoper for the project villawangsa mas in upper jelatek from ampang road( i dunno the name of the street). The condo design in villawangsa mas is outdated and it looks like a flat design. I remember they did a lot of give away such as air cond, water heater, kitchen cabinate but from the outside its not attractive.

Im not sure about the design in atmosfera if they are the same developer.

2) Villa Pavilion
3) Villa Park
4) Atmosfera..

I m currently vested in one of their completed project.. thus having some info about their past projects

Zest's Blk B is now around 60% sold....very impressive figure before show unit is up.

Now is only May, 6 months after the booking started at the end of last year.. impressive indeed.. out perform the some of the other projects in puchong..

bt the bad thing is that, the rubbish dump is jz beside my lot.. sigh..

there'll surely be a door latch for the rubbish dump so i reckon u dun hafta wory much abt the smell...haha

What I heard across that Atmosphere design is not impressive as well.
Look like a flat.
And my friend told me is actually on the slope hill build up.
Dangerous...

Thats what I saw. I was torn between Atmosfera and Zest and finally decided on this.
