for the lrt location, i would tink (and hope) its near hap seng star too...makes more sense for them to construct it there to cater for residents of the govt flats at the back.

Some update : More than 90 unit in blok B has been sold to date, while blok C is 90% sold. Show unit should be ready end of July, but will only showcase type B.

currently i tink the cheapest unit is block C level 2 (RM220k+) and the most ex is block B level 1 garden unit (RM290k+). all units are priced within the RM200k range, which is relatively affordable n might help explain the fast take up rate.

haha, i dun stay in puchong nor do i pass by the project site frequently. but if i happen to be around the area, will drop by n snap some pics la (that is if the gate is still wide open n they allow me to walk in...lol)
