Hi ROCKEY, I remember that we can ask lawyer to get a copy for EPF related matters. Check with them..

You have to tell the lawyer on your arrangement to withdraw epf funds. Thereafter, they will speed up their process to stamp your documents and once it is done, they will release a copy of the stamped S&P for you to complete the checklist of epf withdrawal.

You dunt have to ask the lawyer to CTC your photocopy cos they will charge you. Once u have obtained the original you can make a photocopy urself. On the date of application to the EPF, you just need to show them your original and submit the photocopy together with the rest of the documents required in the epf checklist.

The EPF officer will certify the documents without ch arge.

This is the first time i see Zest is advertising on The Star.

actually, zest hasn't even got into their soft launch yet (at least that's what the salesperson told me), the advertisement could be their intitial ad for the soft launch.

Its about time for Zest to get noticed by general public now.. you cant get Branding by not advertising to the general public

I guess they had played the game well.. with 90% for block C and 30% for block B sold in half year without any official launching, its time for them to start bragging about this project and attract more buyers..

Yeap, do agree that it's about time for them to start promoting and create more awareness, especially the show unit completion is about 2 months away.

my perception was based on same for ~~ matters like exit penalty, Conv or Flexi, maintenance charges, prepayment clause, partial perpayment clause ~~~.

with so many variables, how can every1 get the same rate?

Heard someone in Facebook said that there is a soil test somewhere in the middle of the road.. and is confirm is a LRT marking point. U guys got any updated info and any Idea about this??

Lets hope LRT work will commence by end of 2009

Not sure whether is should be the LRT or not, but if it is...they should do the soil test along the LRT track, not just a point.

My brother-in-law is a soil test sub-con...... he told me that soil test done doesn't mean that they are going to start the construction after that soon. It could take up years to start the construction after soil test done...got to see how urgent the project is...

It's now 40% sold out for Block B. It sold out another 10% after a week....that's great!
