OCBC is Non ZEC rite ? and RHB is ZEC

RHB .. penalty for early settlement is 3% or min RM 10K
OCBC .. penalty for early settlement is 3% or min RM 5K

If you are an investor go for OCBC.... if buying for own stay settle for RHB

assuming we take a 200k loan, early settlement on OCBC we just need to pay 6k penalty as for RHB we have to come up to 10k ....

I wonder hows the sales on Block B. Goona check it out this weekend.

When you sign your S&P, the developer attached a copy of scheduled payment.

The date is not stated but there is the % of amount shown there.

If i could remember, its 10% after the foundation.
