to check waterproofing; close the drain, open the water tap, let the water flood the entire bathroom floor. i only let it reach 1cm deep at the highest point. then wait maybe 30 minutes or 1 hour.

If the quality of Iltizam III is really bad, perhaps the buyers should unite and confront the developer. I can see from how they manage the development in this area, as compared with their other development areas, that I&P is really putting Alam Sari as their lowest priority.

so far points i want to highlight:

- no waterproofing
- leaky piping
- a missing fan point (spec 7, found 6)
- power points not functioning
- rccb tripping
- wall/plaster cracks
- poor tiling job (gaps, hollow, broken, cracked)
- poor paintjob

Walao eh. Really? My pentas 1 alam impian defects so few. And they did a good job imho.

Alamak. Not saying you lied bro. just saying that i didnt expect such difference in terms of quality. sometimes, it is not the developer, it is the subcon also. but developer should double check work done by subcon. haizzz. my pentas 1 not so many defects as compared to my other props.

According to one person in the FB page: yes test & comm must be carried out first.

With so many problems with electrical and water, people must start to wonder how they passed the tests and got certificates? The thing is: now there is no more CF and CCC is issued by the consultant/architect.
If there are so many defects, there is strong and solid reason for buyers to question the developer.
The person in FB even suggest to go ask and see the test & comm results from the developer. The buyers have the right to ask and see the documents.

ok just spoke with that guy. he went to see inp just now. ok this is the gist:

- inp confirm that no water was available or at least ran into the units, because syabas delayed supplying the water meters.
- inp confirm T&C were done accordingly
- inp confident that these are isolated cases

but.... how to T&C if no water???? did they just lie?
T&C results kept by the architects because they are the lead in T&C.
isolated cases? 3 out of 3 units tested, got major defects. isolated?
