I would like to know as I am considering this area.
So far what I have heard:
Access road too narrow and crowded near Komuter station, area is hot, etc.
Good things are: well-planned by Developer, quality is good, etc.
Currently I am living in Puchong so thinking of moving out of this area.

no DIBS... completion date Dec 2013. Corner price range from RM795888 to RM919888 (before 7% bumi disc.). Land area from 2880 sqft to 5359 sqft. (Int. land area=2080sqft.)

Overall Ilmu 2 is very good, if to be more choosy, only thing less to my liking was the laminated flooring upstairs. When I step on it, got quecking sound. Minus a bit mark.

Looking back at the launching price between Ilmu 1 vs. Ilmu 2, not much of difference. So I foresee 5P2 will be not huge difference too. Furthermore, so many development  upcoming in the vicinity, unless InP offers something really interesting, else priced too high might scare home buyers away.

Maybe what SA told me was not the truth? No sure about that.
