They are building access towards BA at the moment, there's also Starbuck being build on BA side and from the latest Alam Sari masterplan, SP Setia has plan for commercials in their vicinity

Once the road to BA completed. The most nearest toll was seri putra right instead of bangib

Yes, but the intersection before Bandar Sri Putra toll can be a pain during peak hours

There is an alternative though, if you know the Bangi lama road towards Southville City, you can escape by using Southville toll to KL city

Depends on your requirement, what are you looking for. I.e living environment or comparing distance to town.
If you are looking for an upgrade with enough budget from ur current one. This is a good choice my view.
Township itself no doubt for it.
Only con would be the distance to Kl. But if can travel, totally no problem.

thank you for the opinion. i find its semi-d and bungalow is a kinda cheaper compared to other places likes shah alam, cyberjaya, kota kemuning etc...

but i find the township is quite okay in my opinion

Because most of the klang valley people tend to look for those area, and they won’t find on those linked within Kl-seremban highway.

Depends on where the area u would like to stay. If your focus is around Kl-seremban. Then this township can be your choice.

i saw ads people start selling avis 2 intermediate at 730k. what was their net price?

Technically yes unless you travel off peak time or taking public transport. The junction near the ktm bottleneck is flood prone area. I was almost stucked during the flash flood last year during my site visit. Decided not to pursue my buy in this area. Quite traumatic for me. Hence this is my personal opinion. Nevertheless is a nice seren place.

You better think back as ktm exit is actually will be thing in the past

- in construction new road connecting Bangi Avenue which connect to main road straight to Bandar Sri Putra PLUS exit

- connecting road to Lekas via UEM Serene Height which UEM is under way upgrading the exit to Lekas

- new Putrajaya - Bangi highway will have interchange between Alam Sari /Serene Height and Taman University Bangi… this highway will connection straight to Lekas and also this highway will have connection to PLUS at Southville exit and Elite highway

Understood, however there were other reasons for me to opt out on this project, eugenia2 to be precise, nice house but plan didnt work out.

Any news on that putrajaya bangi highway( pure highway) it has been propose quite long time actually

I believe they still waiting for Selangor state gov approval from the last news

The concern is that this hiway will straddling the Langat river which is main water supply river - most likely they will ask to realign

heavy continuous rain for several days now. any flooding? what about the KTM entrance?

Normal 1 day continuous rainy day itself the bottleneck junction will be flooded.
