 Alam Sari Bangi, Is it worth to buy terrace for RM350k?

Is it worth to buy a terrace 22x75 in bandar baru bangi for RM350k? It is a new township that develop by Island & Peninsular Berhad. Located near UKM komuter and German Malaysian Institute. You can view their site alamsari.com.my.
Maybe its a little bit overprice IMO.

The access road is really small currently. And its always jammed especially on the evening.

That expensive? Personally i would rather spend 417k at another property that over at Bangi, how about the 1 near to Jusco & future Tesco equine..? Built-n-sell concept by Hap Seng

I read a Starpaper that new developement Hap Seng called D Alpinia already total sold out for Phase 1. I also planning get one unit for phase 2.. but anyone know what is starting price?

1st of all, where do you work?

If say KL or Putrajaya, I'd rather spend RM400k on a bungalow in Nilai or Seremban.

I did jobs at Alam Sari, so believe me, the place is HOT (temperature I meant). And the KTM railway track is just behind, so all the currently under construction houses would hear the train's noise very often.

Only advantage probably is, it's walking distance from UKM station.

The developer is paying peanuts to the contractors.
So what kind of quality could you expect?

better buy house at Taman Vista Emas or Taman Universiti.....very near to Alam Sari......price quite ok compare to Alam Sari.....

Just look around Taman Universiti yesterday...There s Semi-D house For Sale...donno how much laaa......

i heard that phase 3 for Taman Vista Emas sold in one day even the price much more than phase 1 and 2, what actually the factor resident bought at that place?

i think people like bangi area laa.....it s location quite startegic for those who working at Putrajaya/KL/Selangor also out of KL hectic.....These makes new property at Bangi will becomes like USJ/Subang Jaya price......

New 22X75 launch tomorrow. Starts at 446888.

For their last terrace phase they were selling for 417k, not even porcelain tiles were given.

I think the price of house at Alam Sari is ok as what I've been informed, the land is of freehold type. So in future, the subsale will not be affected with the remaining of lease as for the leasehold type. As for long investment, freehold is always a good buy.
