1st of all, where do you work?
If say KL or Putrajaya, I'd rather spend RM400k on a bungalow in Nilai or Seremban.
I did jobs at Alam Sari, so believe me, the place is HOT (temperature I meant). And the KTM railway track is just behind, so all the currently under construction houses would hear the train's noise very often.
Only advantage probably is, it's walking distance from UKM station.

The developer is paying peanuts to the contractors.
So what kind of quality could you expect?
