During launching day, yes, a lot of units still available. There are about 44 units, and about half were managed to be sold (booked). That's what I saw in the display board, not sure now (after about 1 week).
Developer is offering free SPA and free MOT. Also, developer will put security guard for the first year after completion. |

QUOTE(abuhanif81 @ Jan 8 2012, 12:28 PM) Congratulations, bro.Yes, it's nice to be able to move from int. to corner unit. What do you think of this project and overall in Alam Sari? I would like to know as I am considering this area. So far what I have heard: Access road too narrow and crowded near Komuter station, area is hot, etc. Good things are: well-planned by Developer, quality is good, etc. Currently I am living in Puchong so thinking of moving out of this area. |

To me what makes it interesting is the free SPA and MOT.
But yes, if DIBS is provided, that would make it even better. |

Not in Alam Sari. They have designated an area to built a school, but obviously up to the ministry to decide when to build.
I talked to one of the sales person, he said he lives in Alam Sari himself and sends his kid to Sek Jalan Tiga in Bandar Baru Bangi. |

If the quality of Iltizam III is really bad, perhaps the buyers should unite and confront the developer. I can see from how they manage the development in this area, as compared with their other development areas, that I&P is really putting Alam Sari as their lowest priority.

QUOTE(miaopurr @ Jan 6 2014, 10:24 AM) According to one person in the FB page: yes test & comm must be carried out first. With so many problems with electrical and water, people must start to wonder how they passed the tests and got certificates? The thing is: now there is no more CF and CCC is issued by the consultant/architect. If there are so many defects, there is strong and solid reason for buyers to question the developer. The person in FB even suggest to go ask and see the test & comm results from the developer. The buyers have the right to ask and see the documents. |

Hopefully as the buyers start to know each other and can begin to work together - go chase after the developer.

Anyone knows a good electrician in that area?
Or any good contractor for renovation work? Thanks! |
