One poorly delivered project will not break I&P.

Who is the main con for this phase?

Dunno...I think same difference. Mebe one is to check for defects n the other is to check the qty of eg power points, fan points etc

that's fittings check. already done on the first day. the staff kinda rushed thru the process. and only 1 copy available. i had to tell them to slow down to allow me to check the quantity.

Well miaopurr, count ur blessings that it's happening now...at least they can rectify it. The piping in My neighbors m/bedroom toilet cracked/leaked and it affected the plaster ceiling n wall at the main entrance.....wait for it....5 months after warranty period over.

Bro, maybe you can enlighten me, what are the other developers that i can put high hope one so I can buy their product for my next purchase.

From my own comparison in terms of build quality, spaciousness, material used, floor plan design and township planning & density, I found I&P is the best to my liking. Maybe I missed out the better developers?

Whatever it is miaopurr, give inp hell..coz u bought it from inp n not from aik bee. Alam impian first phase has tons of problems eg cracked wall due to soil instability...wonder if it's the same contractor...

I find the workmanship of makassar(main con) in alam impian n ilmu 2 alam sari really good

Yes, I notice that too. Kitacon also not bad.

ok will do. will flood the bathrooms this saturday. hopefully can record all defects this weekend and get it over with. as a first home owner and every bit of income poured into purchasing this house, i find the frustration is too overwhelming.

Which other phases besides P4 and Tenun did Kitacon do for I&P?

Tari. Cannot remember Tari 1 or 2 is also under Kitacon. Another main contractor is Makro.

Their work progress is blazingly fast.

i always had a high regard for this developer...

if I&P also screw up, then who else can we turn to?

I still have faith in I&P. They will surely be able to rectify this issue in a best manner.

Abuhanif81 & miaopurr, pls check the underground tunneling for broadband from the main box outside ur hse. When I wanted to install broadband, the maxis cable can't go thru the conduit underground. I suspect the the soil has crushed the conduit. So have to do external hacking to run fiber optics but lucky that the main box is just outside my hse. Coz ur houses are still new, mebe can complain as one of the defects.
