just want share cerita here la.....its up kepada forumer nak nilaikan.....bagi saya..saya sudah tak suka u punya kedai..so full stop..itu untuk saya..yang lain dia orang punya hak la....ok....lastly kepada pekerja lain yg friendly like urself...jason..ah hong..felix..thanks a lot...just sebab satu orang staff saya sudah marah..hehehe...ok..chow...no comment from me lagi...peace...

Yeah..stuffs like these..can say what you like, Buyer might say worker is "lansi" but maybe you urself are "lansi" to start first. No point arguing..no proof to validate either statements. This might be an isolate / misunderstanding incident or so.

Having saying so, to be fair, i've been a few times to autogenesis and all my visits have been fairly pleasant..no issues at all

I know that athlonxp was trying to help but it seems that he's doing more damage to the misunderstanding. tongue.gif

As mentioned, it's not about "installing cheap stuffs". It's a communication problem.

If we don't want to entertain such market, why are we keeping stock for such product? It was all because an offer made by one of us who didn't inform the rest... ended up with this small issue being magnified. Since our friend somebody2507 here has already decided to put it to a rest, i will not comment further.

However, I must make a clarification to all of you, WE HAVE NO ISSUE WITH BUDGET CUSTOMERS. As simple as that. Please do not stereotype AG in such a way.

i'm not bias to any side... i only visit 2 acce. shop.. 1 in aman puri and another in kota damansara( JP enterprise) both attitude are totally diff from drex... they really do know how to do business and understand what customer service stands for. PR is not like how drexchan replys... that is aweful... if somebody2507 said he saw u infront of pc and 2-3 stuff are doing nothing in the shop? den u should u explaine if it doesn't happen like this.. den it would simple for u drex.. coz i see this i really thinking twice to whehter be ur customer or not coz i'm interested in ur boston s60 speakers... if happen like this i rather go kf audio for additional 100 i dun mind if customer service is good

and btw.. i'm been there (autogen) once i think it was last year (if u still remember the 1st customer who use credit card in ur shop and how long we waited just to wait the CC machine to arrive..even that we doesn't care)... only the boss is frendly in my opinion...

Friendliness is not for sell here. We will offer it FOC to anyone that walks in with a friendly and sporting attitude. So please don't think that we treat every single customer the same way as the topic starter has potraited, which is far from truth.

Also, I don't think posting in this topic is part of customer service.

In addition to that, I don't see the neccessity to explain further if the other party insist on his opinion based on his perception, and not accepting our explaination.

Well, it's up to anyone to judge. At least, a majority of those who have visited us knows better about us.

I am not sure which boss were you referring to. But if he's the person you know from this forum, the "said staff" refers to him too.

If you are affraid of unpleasant treatment here, it's fine with us. At least, we don't beg for your money. We worried more if visitors perceive us like beggers.


Added on September 9, 2008, 12:48 amOh yeah, it's interesting to study on why are there only two types of comment regarding to visiting experience in AG - "damn arrogant", or "very friendly". The visitors are either very satisfied, or are very disatisfied.

Why ah? Perhaps, with the majority of our visitors satisfied with our service, those who felt otherwise should rethink about what AG is all about?

I am a regular customer of AG a.k.a Automotive Genesis, and I had never had problems like what the TS had,even for the very first time i remember i went there for a 100 bucks++ heat shield, drex was the first one who welcome me with friendly face,took bout 2 hours to custom made the heat shield and get it installed to my car,no complain made as drex did an excellent job

So how are you going to judge the shop now? I never get any privilege from them and i'm telling my part as a consumer

Seems like more and more complaints about ur shop, drex.

Even though some of the complaints, for me it's more like mengada-ngada from the customer himself, i think better for u to take a serious action from now on. Make sure everything goes fine.

I know, with a big link from ur customer, u will not satisfy all of them. When u have 10, only 1 can go back with a big smile. The rest, maybe 50-50 or less.

About pay cheap, u get a cheap service, that is bullshit. My foglight rm80 only. I got extra check up without any single cent. Thanks to Jenson.

Some of customer only know "I pay for it, i want it now!!"
Come on man, when u arrived, cant u see AG have a lot of cars waiting for their turn.
I have waited for 3 hours last time just to install my cheap rpm meter. Too may cars, and to install the meter itself take alot of time.
Does it hurt to wait for a while to get it done?

Hope this thing wont hurt ur sale after this, but take it as a challenge to improve.
It really hard to have a good acc shop with friendly staff around.

i been to AutoGen alot of times already and i did not encounter any rude staffs or lansi staffs....

even tho my purchase is just RM 10 for a light bulb, they still serve me first and settle my car first compared to a guy behind me which is planning to replace his ICE system for about RM2.5k which that guy did after that....

also there is time i need to wait quite some time for them to serve me but that is because they are having a full house (alot of cars to work on).

i think this is typical malaysian mentality, demanding for full attention on them while ignoring others...
when i first go there, i also march in with this mentality.... but i found out that this mentality wont help me at all...

so yeah...

well here's my experience @ AG. (my first time summore)

made a appointment with Drex to install my heatshield & CAI; drex quoted me a figure; seems reasonable.

i went there during the noon; i guess wat? end up finishing in the late evening ; BUT i was a totally satisfied customer thumbup.gif

why? tats becus of the workmanship & they patience to install my stuff.

drex only quoted me a XXX amount for all that trouble he took; end of the day he didnt even quoted me extra even when i offered to him smile.gif
see tats honesty + great work.

wats been done below? he had to take so many rounds to measure and adjust the heatshield cuttings due to the guppy whale intakes' bending here n there. PLUS my engine bay is like god damn packed sweat.gif not jst tat; they had to strip up my strut bars + OCT as well; not a easy task. cos the screws are all hidden here n there.

drex even belanja me teh ais laugh.gif

so.. wats the deal about AG not giving a good service?? its my first time there u know. n they gave me a really good impression on this installation.
i'll always go back there to support them smile.gif

Anyway, I think everyone else in AG are great, friendly and helpful. But these could be applied selectively depending on the attitude of the visitor..

I don't feel that it's necessary to speak so much as it's just some typical complain. But after reading it, here's some words and it would be my last word in this thread.

For people knows me should know how i doing business. I am not good in talking nor entertaining. The way i talk was straight to the point most of the times. Serious on your car is my priority in dealing. I won't care if you like to be entertained by somebody that only do talking but not performing. If so, you are pleased to contact them and ask him to perform the job for you.

As i promised 1 hour, i will do it within 1 hour if no sudden change of situation. If waiting for 10 minute after the car was parked inside my shop without performing installations, it will actually be our loss for wasting work space. So who wish to wait for the 10 minute if we able to finsh it faster?
(For readers: it's gonna take only 45 minute to install the amp from my experience, thus i am having a 15 minute buffer time to handle other cars and stuff that was already in my shop so we can achieve parellel working situation for faster installations. I said 1 hour to prevent somebody said i break my promise in case i finish it over 45 minute as i was busy with the other 2 car waited from noon till 7.30 at the same time.)

Although i always using my right leg to kick all the balls, but i still has only 2 legs at most..if i using both leg to kick the balls, i would already fall down. If they wanted to blame it on me, it's ok. But i still have 2 legs. I won't lied to you i can perform 2 legs kick at the same time unlike others.

usually the stingy/cheap/low class customer who install a RM200 amp is also the problematic one

and this kind customers also have many many complain against tiny little thing

they expect to be treated like vip while they pay peanuts yawn.gif

i know because i work for handphone shop, those buying cheap model have tons of question and complain shakehead.gif

i suggest closing this thread to prevent unnecessary damage to Auto Gen brand name. not really worth it to spoil your name arguing with a cheap customers icon_rolleyes.gif

btw, if you install a genesis dual mono in auto gen then they it blow the next day..maybe then you can post a thread here laugh.gif
