Bad Experience at Acc Shop, Automotive Genesis Car Audio & Performan

minta maaf kerana tidak menggunakan bahasa inggeris.saya tak berapa pandai gunakan english.saya sebelum ini hanya melayari website ini hanya untuk menambahkan ilmu.tapi saya mendaftar untuk menjadi ahli untuk menceritakan pengalaman buruk saya sewaktu pergi kedai Automotive Genesis Car Audio & Performance Center ( berdekatan South City Plaza Seri Kembangan ) . sebelum ini saya telah beberapa kali pergi ke kedai tersebut dan sangat mesra dengan manager kedai tersebut. jadi suatu haari kawan saya ( using kenari ) hendak memasang amplifier untuk keretanya. so saya call manager di situ sebelum membuat pemasangan dan berbincang tentang harga.so setelah bersetuju saya membawa rakan saya ke kedai tersebut.
apabila sampai di kedai itu kebetulan manager itu tiada di situ.so saya bertanyakan kepada salah seorang staff di situ tentang nak pasang amp dan harga sekali...staff tersbut yang amat sombong mukanya berkata mana boleh dapat itu harga dan suruh saya call manager dia.dai siap kata.."u dia punya customer u call dia la"lalu dia terus tinggalkan saya dan kawan saya seolah olah tak mau layan saya, dan pergi ke customer lain.waktu itu saya rasa sgt geram dan marah. apa ingat saya pergi itu kedai bukan jadi custmer awak ka..****** punya orang....saya tak kisah jika staff ( sombong dan berlagak ) ni tak percaya tapi apa salahnya dia yang call manager dan tanyakan hal tersebut.ini tidak ..dia ingat saya mau tipu sama dia.waktu tu saya amat malu pada kawan saya kerana dia berkata macamana saya boleh rekemen kan dia kedai ini.so saya call manager tersebut dan menceritakan hal tersebut.manager tersebut berkata takpa..dia akan cakap pada staff tersebut. setelah dapat call dari manager dia si berlagak ni datang kembali pada saya dan berkata okla dia boleh pasang pada harga tersebut ( muka masih berlagak lagi ) bukan mau minta maaf tapi masih sombong lagi.so saya kata berapa lama mau install ..dia kata dalam satu jam.ok takpa..saya tunggu satu jam.setelah bawa masuk kereta ke dalam ..hampir 10 minit tiada orang langsung menyentuh kereta kawan saya.si staff sombong ni pergi tgok kereta customer lain.
kemudian bila meraka nak buat kerja kawan saya kata dia dah taknak pasang kat kedai ni lagi.dia marah sangat.sebab kena layan macam ni.so saya tak boleh buat apa dan kata kat staff berlagak itu saya tak jadi pasang.so dia kata "tak apa...tak mau pasang tak apa..you happy i happy"..datang esokla..******* u lah....igt mau datang kedai u mau kena ejek sama lu ka...u ingat saya happy ka.... untuk pengetahuaan semua sebelum ini saya tiada masalah langsung di kedai ini dengan manager kedai tersebut yang amat friendly.tetapi staff beliau punya attitude sangat teruk..saya tau la kedai itu pasang high end puluh puluh ribu punya barang ice..banyak customer..well establish...tapi plz respect ur customer at same level la...for the mr. manager sorry kerana terpaksa menulis perkara ini walaupun u sudah apologise sama saya melalui sms.
kepada yang lain pernah pergi ke kedai tersebut mungkin tdak pernah mengalami masalah ini . saya pun sebelum ini tak pernah alami masalah begini..tapi di sebabkan ada sorang staff yg eksyen berlagak ni menyebabkan saya malu pada member saya dah berkata pada diri saya yang saya takkan pergi langsung ke kedai tersebut.

u pasang cheap barang of course they layan you cheap la if i open a shop selling helix or brax stuff..u come and want install RM200 amp somemore want discount discount lagi, of course i tak layan u why i layan you when i can get more money from other customer who make big purchase?

somebody2507, tak pa la. Usah marah lagi. Pekerja tu org. tadak skolah punya. Kalau saya boss saya pecat sama dia. Semua customer sama jer sepatutnya dilayan cara sama.

See what happens when you hire 1 bad apple within your buisness, it can be only 1 write up like this hundreds of potential customers could be gone just like that in this age of forum blogging, this case may have 2 side of the story but the damage could have been done for a reputation which may have taken years to build. Treat them equally & never differentiate $1 customers & $1K customers, always hope that he will return in the future or recomend a friend of his who's into Hi-end stuffs possibly $10k setup.

Sometimes we have to tolerate customers who are 'irritating' but that's what customer service is all about as it's all got to be done with a smile even though we do not like it; just change the subject & go for a teh tarik with him-lah and discuss the amp costing $200 with him for the 10th time in 3 days, I think that's the name of the game than showing him the fu**-face.

QUOTE(athlonxp @ Sep 6 2008, 07:11 PM) u pasang cheap barang of course they layan you cheap la if i open a shop selling helix or brax stuff..u come and want install RM200 amp somemore want discount discount lagi, of course i tak layan u why i layan you when i can get more money from other customer who make big purchase?  hrmmm..sebenarnya saya tak minta diskaun pada staff tu pun....saya ulangi tak minta diskaun pada dia pun...saya dah deal dengan manager di situ sebelum pergi ke kedai itu..member saya nak pasang 2 channel amp caliber total cost rm 300 termasuk pasang dan wiring. you ingat saya mau pergi dan terus mintak diskaun sesuka hati ke...apa yang saya malu dan marah sangat sebab saya bawa member saya yg nak pasang di kereta dia....dah la saya recomend bawa customer di kedai dia terus jadi macam ni..bagi saya rm 300 tu besar nilai dia..mungkin awak banyak duit..kalau ada bisnes rm 300 awak tak layan pun sebab kecil je nilai dia...  ... satu perkara yang penting hormat pada pelanggan awak...saya bukan ada bising bisng sama dia pun..saya takde mintak apapa apa pun..saya jumpa dia katakan harga tersebut dan terus minta pasang...kalau dia tak percaya call boss dia..bukan dengan bersikap memandang seolah saya nak menipu dia dan suruh saya call boss dia..untuk apa?kepada athloxnp mungkin awak tak pernah mengalami situasi macam ni..tapi mana tau satu hari awak akan hadapi jua...saya berkongsi cerita saya ni untuk tatapan semua....saya tak pernah datang kedai itu bising bising kata mau diskaun dan cakap banyak...saya datang secara baik dan katakan harga tersebut.....awak igt saya nak malukan diri ke dengan menipu untuk dapat harga murah..

everyone who do business have to serve every customer with the right attitude, not seeing a low end buyer an un bother bout them, dats too much. I had someone came and asked me 20+ questions and in the end he went somewhere else to buy, but take it as a consultation onli lo. But i think 'Automotive Genesis Car Audio & Performance Center' ( berdekatan South City Plaza Seri Kembangan ) is connected to one of the forumer

wah is that drexchan or howiechoo's shop? everybody knows them and this shop, rep is at stake man...a customer is still a customer and the errant staff better get scoldings from them..
better install yourself if you're afraid being looked down for carrying cap ayam products (my cap ayam stuffs works great so what)..

if do business like that.... can't survive.... what kind of shop have good business without potential customer??? there is but very few.... but autogen got alot potential customer.... i guess not all stuff from there is like that(i'm been there once)... but always treat customer with respect.... if u dun understand this meaning... u dun deserve to do sales

Thanks for the feedback. We are investigating.
Meanwhile, we will be glad to get more information regarding to the personal that was responsible in this unhappy occurance.
Discipline action will be taken internally if it's true. It could be a mistake of the "said manager" too.
However, if there's some element of deflamation, we will not be hessitated to act by law.
