Even though some of the complaints, for me it's more like mengada-ngada from the customer himself, i think better for u to take a serious action from now on. Make sure everything goes fine.
I know, with a big link from ur customer, u will not satisfy all of them. When u have 10, only 1 can go back with a big smile. The rest, maybe 50-50 or less.
About pay cheap, u get a cheap service, that is bullshit. My foglight rm80 only. I got extra check up without any single cent. Thanks to Jenson.

Come on man, when u arrived, cant u see AG have a lot of cars waiting for their turn.
I have waited for 3 hours last time just to install my cheap rpm meter. Too may cars, and to install the meter itself take alot of time.
Does it hurt to wait for a while to get it done?
Hope this thing wont hurt ur sale after this, but take it as a challenge to improve.
It really hard to have a good acc shop with friendly staff around.
