Priced at RM1.5k (new) and RM1k (2nd hand), its not that difficult for a lens to surpass the price of the body.
AF-S 200mm f2? Micro or just normal? |

but r u sure u wanna use them with ur d40? just for ur info la... the cheapest among all is the 300 f4....4k+... the next cheapest is 200 f2....15k... the rest...between 20k - 36k... =) if u do get them... can i try it! pretty please! |

the 70-200 is not cheap either....5.9k...
get a better body first...then u'll fully utilize the actual capability of the lenses... the lenses u mentioned incl. the 70-200 seriously outresolves the sensor of D40... if u ask me...i'd suggest u upgrade ur body first... THEN start ur lense collecting... |
