Sorry guys, i think all of you will disappointment on this moment. Regrading from Simon, on the following three week, we cant get the key because Taipan still not yet receive any letter or document from Syabas. If possible, next week really can get the letter, and Taipan need two week to prepare the key and maintenance fees we should pay(Why they cant calculate now and make the progress become more faster. Answer from Simon is, we cant do that and everything need to wait Syabas ). So mean, he predict will handover to us on end of may.

WTF. DELAY AGAIN.

i think block D will keep delaying til end of this year............

See again postpone, from after CNY-Feb to Mar to Apr & now to May..will this continue. By the way, who is Simon?

I had received an email reply from Syabas yesterday and they had requested some information which I had provided to them (details of the developer & condo) for their investigation except for the water account number (13 digit) & details of Taipan's application which I do not have. This will help them to check with the respective department and to get the right information back to me.

Let's see what will be their reply.

Not really sure who is this fellow...Just feel very very angry and despair for this developer. Always broke the promise.

forsee there will be delay in block A,B and C too...rugi lo this time..

Added on April 27, 2012, 5:07 pmGreat!! So far we have walle, khyuen, pong85, maxnergy, anokcow and so on who will fight for compensation if club house facility not ready when hand over keys. I had check with some lawyers and they said we had the right to request for compensation...as it is the club house, facilities & pricing (if without this, just like some of us says it's a flat) that attracts the buyers to purchase. This are all in their websites and brochure.

We should not except free water supply as this is peanuts.

As i said, they wont deliver the parcel to us beg May. I m doubt deliver by end May as well. From their response, Taipan really not a responsible developer. Lets us keep pressing or go to Taipan office together...

COUNT ME IN TOO. REALLY DISAPPOINTED WITH THE DEVELOPER...SO MANY PLANS HAVE TO BE ON HOLD BECAUSE OF THE DELAY. FYI...Block A, B & C purchasers..the brick walls of the house are made of cement brick, pay so much cannot get good quality bricks...look at the other developers they use cement brick for low cost flats only...sigh....

Not only this developer use cement brick, some wellknown developer like YTL also use cement brick for the midfield condo project, and actually in the broucher and snp also state that use cement brick, no point to argue this cement brick issue now...u can chose not to purchase when u see the brochure and spa....

My SPA and DM is dated 17 Nov 2009, Is it consider later? I think shld be late for 6 mths already rite. Must get compensate if really late... How do the compensate calculate?
