Dear all block D buyers
I think most of us been cheat by Taipan during purchased this Flat. We thought all condo will come with private swimming pool ( to all residents in Park 51 only ) and can be used once we move in. This is the first time i heard Condo swimming pool open for public and only can be ready after block C completed few year later. Anybody been told by Taipan swimming pool will be seperate and might be delay 3 years ago before you purchase? Did taipan explain clearly that time? No right? 2) I start doubt why swimming pool just besides block c and never plan properly before they launch and plan whole project? 3) Open to public mean this Park 51 condo never attached with swimming pool to condo residents under Taipan plan which compare to others condo project. It is just a high class flat compare to myhome low cost flat!! Is it safe? How about the security level? Everybody can come in and out from our Condo while enter to clubhouse. Do our lift come with smart card? No right? That's it. Good luck to everybody. 4) Now the developer strongly mention due to safety reason thats why swimming pool can not open yet. Why they allocate it beside the block C? Why they didn;t launch the block C first but block D 3 years ago? Why? Anybody can answer? Without a complete and strategy plan has caused all problem occur. 5) All are bullshit. The fact is they really delay whole project progress. The club house can be done within 2 months? I just visited there last 2 weeks and this evening. Nothing different!! 6) May be, some buyers feels the main is get the key. I agreed. But will you feel comfortable after you move in a Condo but without swimming pool? Look surround. All under construction. How you feel? Want to gym or relax. Sorry. Not available at the moment. Compare to your others friend who stay in condo, did they facing such problem? Feel shame to taipan focus. Now she launch another project call as Plaza Sentral. If this issue explore i dont think got buyer interest to invest it. 7) Now i know different level developer different stroy. The parcel shall be delivered to the purchaser within 36 months from SNP date. DO you think the developer will pay it? For me delay 5 months. How about others? 6 months?
