My SPA and DM is dated 17 Nov 2009, Is it consider later? I think shld be late for 6 mths already rite. Must get compensate if really late... How do the compensate calculate?

Even you're block A owner but you follow up very closely and helps block D update status.

Did anyone know how is park 51 selling now? what is the market rate. I checked bank evaluation 400 per sqft is for block C. But what about for block D?
