You ask ang moh cook crabs see what they can come up with. it's always boiling them, deshell and make into salad. got what skill ler?

chinese leh? steam steam steam. really potong stim lah. fresh crab means good crab. lousy crab means lousy crab. Any bangla also can steam lah.

You go lafite and see. Simple stuff like duck breast and eggplants can make into a masterpiece and tasty at the same time
