Actually MBB charges around RM70 for the EzyPay which this fee is bourne by the merchant. All the cc will still charge you for this facility but it's the matter of whether it'll be charged to the consumer or bourne by the merchant.

I think the figure is correct. Recently retail quoted me RM120 cheaper if pay by cash, instead of installment 12 mths using MBB CC.

That is why i wanted to ask you guys, if there is away to waived those fees?
The card looks nice though.

Actually there's no magic to it. If you are a good customer as in high spender, they will always waive. Fyi I have never paid a single cent annual fees ever in my entire tenure of using credit card, which is considerable tongue.gif

I believe they have different cycle for different card type, so only alternative is to change your card type or just cancel your card & be damn with UOB brows.gif

The banks accept email channel? I thought only fax is more acceptable.

Some banks offer some sort of mailing address change form at the back of the statement. Upon filling it, you could fax to them. No need to write crappy formal letter.

Hey, did Citibank know that their website is not compatible with Firefox? I think it has been freaking long since it first happened but until now still no action has been taken! It only works with IE, which is not my 'duh' default browser.

@soitsuagain,
Er... Citibank Online works also with Safari *grins* If I ain't mistaken the last time I tried it on Firefox it worked too! smile.gif

@ICDeadPeople,
If u want the upgrade take it - if I ain't mistaken the upgrade should come with 3 years maintenance of current fee [that would be based on ur existing Gold card] but most of us would call up the CS and ask for a waiver.

If the waiver doesn't come through then just cancel the card lor smile.gif I'm pretty fed up with Citibank [damn, I keep talking about it] but I haven't had time to shift my spending to another CC *siGh* Everytime the merchant doesn't accept my Amex, I go back to Citibank - looks like I need to clear all my points once and for all then only i'll start using HSBC or something smile.gif

Btw for those using MBB CCs - is it possible to use ur CC via M2U to pay for utility bills? Or must those bills be paid only via an existing Savings Account? [oK.. I know I could google for that information but since i've been quite helpful around here and work's been crazy, I figured it's time someone spoon fed me! *grins*)
