Does Maybank or Citibank charge on card exchange?

Both of my cards are faulty, not sure whether its the chip or the black strip. Whenever I swiped at a petrol station, an error popped out saying "Chip is faulty, unable to read" and it went straight offline. Have yet tried on retails though, I don't want to face a card decline.

So, will they charge me? Do I need to go to the branch that I collected the card from? Or, can I simply post to them?

Haih, I am so dead lazy to go to the banks.

Err.. I had no problem opening their website with Firefox.
