i have a qstion here,
nowdays proton only produce facelift-savvy right?
the lite manual savvy is facelift too?
and where do i buy the bodykit for savvy?
got sell at perodua branch itself?
*
ya. from what I know, all are face-lifted Savvy including Lite version.

As for where to install the bodykit, i'm not very sure. hmm.gif

or you may opt for M or H line which comes with the bodykit. icon_idea.gif

for original R3 bodykit i'm not too sure about that. anyone with any info?

open port of course better lo...
but...
1. void warranty
2. too much air = will auto mix more fuel to burn = waste if not racing
3. tooo noisy

hehe. the k&n still available. anyway as far as i know, drop-in wont void warranty. coz the shape same and fits just like savvy's stock airfilter, no need to remove the engine box cover. just plug n play. whereas open pod need to make the engine 'naked' in order to fit it. that's y it may void warranty. b4 i purchase the drop in i did survey in forum, and from there i understand that for auto/amt cars, better off with drop-in. open pod suitable for manual. Cheers! smile.gif

hi, normally how long you guys send your beloved Savvy for service? The manual says every 6 months or 10,000km or which ever comes first but I think it is too long already, especially using semi-syn engine oil.

every 3 months or every 5,000 km or which ever comes first better?

thats the beauty of our savvy. dont worry. u should service it every 6 months or 10kkm which ever come first. but rmmbr u must use at least semi-syn oil.

if u use mineral oil, u should service it every 3 months or 5k km which ever come first.

Nah. Semi-synth is good for 10,000km. No need to service every 3 months/5,000km, there's one Proton SC in PJ who asked me to service 3mths/5000km....i told them to fly kite. Never going back to that SC again. Just wanna suck more money.

But it's better to change your oil filter every 5,000km....just go outside to change...otherwise Proton SC will charge you RM90 for labor while the oil filter is only like RM12!!!!
