I m going to change my timing belt soon, can i get all done include installation within rm400? my km is 82k km nw lolz.....Any sc that good near to ampang or kl area? i used to send to some authorize work shop and get chop gao gao by them.

Get a quotation from Proton SC first. Then compare it to quotation outside. Why don't you try RS AUTO in Puchong? Lots of savoc.net kaki go there.

I thought it's only RM360 or so for the price at SC...but of course...labor=RM100.

If the car's warranty is over, better go RS AUTO...cannot trust most Proton SC with incompetent mechanics.

today send in my savvy for 30K services @ CEO mutiara damansara.

estimated RM250 for engine oil, oil filter , drain plug & service charge.. damm expensive!!
before this i service at an authorize service agent near my house, normally charging below RM180.

ask them to check the jerking issue, hard to start and yesterday my car died when stopping at traffic light.

send in at 10.30am they say siap at 5pm.. walaweh! and summore im working in KL, have to take shuttle bus to LRT and back again later

CEO Mutiara Damansara is another hopeless SC. Staff very lansi and never do the job properly for me. btw, is yours AMT?

nope. but this sc is popular among savvy owner. they are Renault specialist.

then, can recommend any good sc in kl? still waiting answer from u guys. cos normally i do services at jb.

still got warranty la. amt hv to keep warranty.

Kesas COE is not bad... other than that I heard SS14 sc is not bad too...

hmm .. i am not sure .. but maybe u can try there Proton SC at Genting Klang or is it Danua Kota? Off Jalan Genting Klang .. its the same row as Honda Sales & SC ...
coz i heard my P'g friend also send his neo there service .. he comment ppl there not bad ...

nah...dun go to SS14 either...i think my alignment still not very good after they suppose to rotate the tyres and re-do the alignment for me. Somemore ask to come back every 5K km/3mths when the Savvy maintenance is 6mths/10000km.

that one is the service agent for PE.
i service there usually, all nice people and reasonable price, workmanship is gud but using no-so-wrong-but-doubt shell mineral oil & shell ATF when usually for savvy is semi syn & elf/renault/proton ATF oil.

i ask them about my savvy jerking issue but seems that they are not the pro's on it. hav to send to bigger SC to rectify on it. then kena RM250. still waiting them to call me and collect it back.

IMO, tyres, do it outside is better... It has nothing to do with warranty...
5k km/3 months or 10k km/6 months depends on the oil u use... What oil do u use?

I use semi-synth. So no problem for 6 mths/10k km. The Blardy SS14 SC just wants to screw my money coz my mileage is low, but on average i service every 6 or 7 months, according to schedule. They even replace my spark plug at 2x K!! Spark plug replacement is only for 40k KM. I only realized this after i went home and check the service booklet.

Yeah, u are right about the tyres. But it was a hassle to go to another workshop for the tyres, so just ask them to do together. Never again.

better go n check at RS Auto for the jerking issue...some SC unable to rectify the problem.

when i purchase my car at second hand dealer already ask the tauke there to change EO using shell hx (semi-syn).. thats on 30 mei.. so another 6 month is....... nov.. wow.. thats after raya.. good then.. rm100 to spend later(75+25 for the filter -dunno ori or not-).. need to start saving.. raya summore..
