why dont you try out 10mins of HIIT instead of 15mins of LISS?

IMO LISS needa run for longer duration with slower pace, while HIIT is short n more intense which can be done in 20mins...

edited : try out see which suits u more... or jz go for LISS n build ur stamina...

I prefer LISS because HIIT will always make me have the feeling of puking after the exercise ...

Now I have a good reason not to eat dirtily anymore ... every extra calorie makes me run longer which I REALLY hate it.

great form nickwwh.

I hate those squat racks though. When the weights get heavy, it's gonna be hell to walk so far out the spot bars.

Just back from gym.
I spend 40 mins doing ATG squat.
10 sets of 10 reps. 65kg
Its so torturing after the 6 and 7 sets.
I take 5 mins break after the 7th set coz barely can manage the soreness on my quads.
after completing everything i have 20 mins more to go.
so i didnt do much.

did 3 sets of leg press 20 reps each. lazy to load the machine so i went only 100kg. =.=
then leg curl 3 sets of 20 reps. low weights... =.= only 50lbs.
then do 3 sets of 20 reps leg extension. also 50lbs only coz my leg is almost at its peak due to the squat.

after that i did 3 sets of 30 slow reps calf raises body weight.

if yes, then ok... thats what i did for all 100 repetitions without cheating. =.=

there is a international student who came to me and says...
"eh, dont go all the way down... not good"

lol, bravo! perhaps next time try change is to 5 x 20 x 65kg? just rest on the top to catch few breathe then continue. normally after 10reps,you will need few breathe every 2-3 reps tongue.gif

other than that, either no squat at all or squat narrow, not even pararel

2day i went to gym, when i done my warm down, i just sit on bench looking to 2 big fellow doing squat..
lol, squat up to 100kg+ but not even squat till pararel, they have nice upper body, both wearing long pant, but i dont think they have nice leg lo.

will try 15 instead of 20.
maybe 6 sets of 15. but 70kg. =.=
must increase the load a bit.
yeah i take around 30-40 sec to complete a set.

hmmm i think 100kg i am able to do 10 reps, but i think i will die after 1 set.
will try 20 reps in maybe 2 months time.

but imo as long they feel the pain on respective targeted bodypart, then should be ok aite ?? sometimes ppl do the routine but not up to the standard but i think nothing wrong with that as weight lifting is all about feel...muscle <> mind connections...just my 2 cents... smile.gif

do you think so? i dont think so, if you can get the thing better with a better form, why you waste your time to do the wrong thing to get minimum result? if you are no intended to gain, then you may just go to gym to do something which you find it is comfort and easy and fulfill your mind, "yeah! i went to gym today, and i sweat alot, nice workout, i'm happy what i've done". then you may live with it smile.gif

rare view someone doing squat at gym rakyat kg pandan.
most of the guy facing the other way.. move foward with weight.. dangerous..

that rack squat, safety bar is to high.. that why i m afraid going heavy on squat. in case if failure unavoidable.

when i m doing squat or deadlift, people there ask me to wear belt.. i take note their advice, the problem is they didnt ever do squat and deadlift. i m sure my form is good and for me, i didnt need to wear belt yet. So far i didnt have any major back pain issue.

people there dont know the deadlift variant, conventional, romanian, sumo and stiffleg deadlift (sld)
when people ask me what i am doing, i said deadlift, but they said i m wrong, they show me stiffleg deadlift.. rclxub.gif

didnt know what exercise name and modified exercise never ever seen even, common thing here. all exercise here is like generation 'turun-menurun'.. if you got nice body, you try create your own exercise, i bet people will follow..

nickwwh.. i workout at night.. we can doing squat together. at least someone know what to look on form..
