I rather do arms than legs. Legs make me feel like puking all the time.

Arm day feels like hell .... You lose strength so fast then at first you may be able to do 100lbs dumbbell curls and when you're doing the third bicep exercise you can barely even lift 30lbs of weight ... I hate arms day, although you really feel like you're lifting something.

You mean 100lbs barbell curls. If you can dumbell curl 100lbs on a single arm, I'd love to see a video. Even Ronnie Coleman can't do that.

Can though. Curling 135lbs or 60kg. =P

And before some of you tell me I'm swaying my body, lemme tell you ultra strict form with very heavy weight is nearly impossible. Still, no intentional cheating, it's the weight moving my body a lil'.

Exam season super abbreviated workout, from Beyond Brawn.

1. Deadlift or Squat (in the book it is the Trap-bar deadlift, but we don't have the trap bar)
2. Parallel bar dip
3. Pull up

Lol. Wasn't a digicam. Was a cam phone. It was pathetic, I couldn't find a place to put it properly so i positioned it on the bench.

Was just giving an example to show the hyperbole ... I tried lifting 100lbs before and I managed to finish 2 reps but I was swaying my body like I was dancing or something so they don't count.

Yes I kinda agree with darkie but I can only say a perfectly strict form is impossible even if you're just lifting normal weights, normal training. Your body will still move a little bit ... Unless you're holding something really LIGHT you will surely shake a lil bit.
