Hi guys. I have a question on training. I'm on rippetoe for almost 2 months now ( I took a 2 week break due to exams) and I love this program. I gained tremendous amount of strength thanks to rippetoe. However I think my squats are stuck
Squats (warmups) 1x5x20 1x5x40 1x3x65 1x2x77.5 1x1x90 (work set) 1x4x80 (failed last rep) 1x3x77.5 (??? ): ) 1x5x72.5 I'm not sure what should I do next. Should I deload or maintain or attempt 80kg again?? Please advise me HnF Just incase I'm off-topic » Click to show Spoiler - click again to hide... « |
