my friend, who is a girl, is using the himalaya hair treatment thingy.
she has been complaining that it doesnt work. she has spent quite a bit on the many products of himalaya for curing hair loss but currently, nothing much has happened. it has been close to 3 months. and, himalaya guaranteed improvement within 2 weeks if i'm not mistaken.
but also, it could be her diet or other factors which cause the lack of results.

Hi boonies, im here again.. *!#$@ 3 months ago chaned to Loreal shampoo, make my hair loss now. Frustrated now.
Maybe i should look for doc for fast solution? any recomendation?

My hair problem solved now, after change back to Sunsilk normal shmpoo in 1 month time.
I swear i will never use those conditioned shampoo again, will spoil my sculp and cause serious hair loss problem and new hair hard to grow. Hair line will fall back dramaticly within 1-2 months.

Those conditioned shampoo will make your hair smooth, manageble, shine, anti-moisture or straight, but it have potential to cause follicular shock, create dandruff problem. Better use those mild shampoo, less stress to your sculp.

Do more exercise and massage your your sculp to improve blood circulation, it really works. After massage you will feel relax and easier to sleep, so its very useful.
Cut those oily, spicy, high preservatives food. Stay health and your hair will grow back. icon_rolleyes.gif

- exercise can lower down your androgen which help to produce DHT

Thanks for the info,
DHT will cause of hair fall and shorten hair growth cycle.

Thanks Boonies,
Now new hair is easier to grow and less hair fall problem, but still need time to let them grow thick.

Here's a vid to share, its a comedy, but i think what he said make sense.

start from scene 4:30 only (other is joke).

Seriously, recommended ALSO to get the Biotin supplement. It's scientifically proven to help on hair growth and prevent more hair loss. Written in all the articles in health websites and wiki. I got mine from jchong. Efficiently delivered and good service. Should get the 5000mcg to be effective in the supplement. 600mcg or 2500mcg are not effective enough.

He did not get the shampoo. It was a biotin in pill form which you eat as a supplement. The item is this one.

Any recommended dermatologist in Selangor/SJ/PJ/KL area? Intend to do scalp mapping to check for minituarization. I'm only in my teens and notice hair thinning.

The ingredients of Hairback

Content :

* Rosmarinus official extracts.
* Ascorbic acid palmitate.
* Natural plant oil .
* Natural vitamin E.
* Denatured ethyl alcohol.
* Deionized water.
* Rapture.
* Proteins.

Basically there is some rosemary and plant oils that have totally no benefit on hair loss. This product is not a cure for hair loss. I do advise spending your precious money elsewhere instead.

By the way myhope, you should try a good anti dandruff shampoo like SelsunBlue to help control the oil. Make sure you apply the shampoo directly on your scalp and leave it there for around 2-3 minutes before washing it off.

Try use Audace (white bottle with green line) for Oily Scalp, php 5.5

Currently all pharmacies are out of stock, I'm not sure why..

So I temporary use Seba Med php 5.5 for oily scalp
