hmm.
try to do what they say.
1-sleep before 11pm
2-wash ur hair at morning and night
3-try to use audace shampoo+tonic,u can get it at guardian or watson
4-eat more black color food,like black bean....

i don know is this work for u anot,because i m still trying.
