QUOTE(yehlai @ Oct 2 2008, 09:05 PM) Hi boonies, im here again.. *!#$@ 3 months ago chaned to Loreal shampoo, make my hair loss now. Frustrated now. My hair problem solved now, after change back to Sunsilk normal shmpoo in 1 month time. Maybe i should look for doc for fast solution? any recomendation? I swear i will never use those conditioned shampoo again, will spoil my sculp and cause serious hair loss problem and new hair hard to grow. Hair line will fall back dramaticly within 1-2 months. Those conditioned shampoo will make your hair smooth, manageble, shine, anti-moisture or straight, but it have potential to cause follicular shock, create dandruff problem. Better use those mild shampoo, less stress to your sculp. Do more exercise and massage your your sculp to improve blood circulation, it really works. After massage you will feel relax and easier to sleep, so its very useful. Cut those oily, spicy, high preservatives food. Stay health and your hair will grow back. QUOTE(takeshi99 @ Oct 29 2008, 05:48 PM) Thanks for the info, DHT will cause of hair fall and shorten hair growth cycle. This post has been edited by yehlai: Nov 5 2008, 02:28 PM |

QUOTE(boonies @ Dec 9 2008, 11:59 AM) I don't use Rogaine because it's hard to find in Malaysia. I use generic minoxidil 5% like Regaine or Regrow which have the same active ingredient like Rogaine. Basically they are the same thing. Just ask your pharmacist for Minoxidil 5% Hi Boonies, i would like to try generic Minoxidil 5% too, how much it cost in phamacies? Although i read from wiki, it might cause some side effect, but i will give it a try. I only worry that if i uses minoxidil to stop hair loss for a length of time and then stops taking the drug, hair loss will occur again. » Click to show Spoiler - click again to hide... « Added on March 7, 2009, 10:55 am QUOTE(takeshi99 @ Nov 17 2008, 04:37 PM) Hey Guys!!! QUOTE(boonies @ Apr 11 2009, 12:29 AM) As a general guideline...usually guys use the 5% and the women uses the 2% and please stick to the regimen if not the medication will not be effective. Do not discontinue use or skip using if you really want to see results. It's important to be disciplined when using this medication. Hi Boonies, how much generic one cost, and volume. This post has been edited by yehlai: Apr 11 2009, 10:39 AM |

Biotin, is vitamin B.
Also known as vitamin H or B7, its a water-soluble B-complex. You buy any vitamin B complex, it will contains Biotin inside. Biotin supplements are often recommended as a natural product to counteract the problem of hair loss in both children and adults. The signs and symptoms of biotin deficiency include hair loss which progresses in severity. Some shampoos are available that contain biotin, but it is doubtful whether they would have any useful effect, as biotin is not absorbed well through the skin. |

QUOTE(Raikkonen @ Jun 5 2009, 03:49 PM) Bought Centrum Multivitamins. Why so fast went to buy? actually you can just get some generic vitamin B which is selling cheap in pharmacies. Will get back to you guys on the progress. Honestly, I don't know my diet is healthy or not Rice twice a day...lunch and dinner. Stopped eating chicken skin. If Centrum still does not help...maybe will add Biotin with it. Centrum only got 45mcg of Biotin. Suggested is 150mcg. |
