Yea.. Uob the best if you want free valuation. However, most of the bank also give legal fee and valuation fee to be finance into the loan. Still nothin comes out of your pocket for the loan. See how you look at it.

For free moving cost, u can try bsn! But kinda lousy to me.

Ctibank rates not competitive, package not so competitive and very strict in terms of criteria. Very choosy in terms of customers as well.

Heard that Bank Simpanan Nasional is offering fixed rate 2.2%. Any fellow member familiar with this issues? What's the terms & conditions? Thank.

hello guys,
i want to purchase a 2nd hand house.
cost: 220k
loan: 90%
loan tenure: 30 years
location: Kota Kinabalu
salary: 6k ( My wife and me )

1. can i get the loan based on the above detail? or i need to add another co-borrower?

2. which bank offer best interest rate for fixed flexi mortgage?

any banker can quote for me.

i just booked a subsale apartmen @ selesa hillhomes & golf resort, bkt tinggi, pahang. its my 4th purchase.

need best offer. most like looking for blr-2.2% (min), max tenure possible (40-45yrs) and ZEC (most promo now is ZEC by BSN, Maybank etc..)

mv/sale price: 165k
loan: 90%
loan tenure: 40-45 years
location: bkt tinggi, pahang
gross salary: 7k

prop type: apartment
floor area: 1240sqft

Hi MNet,

Consider that you can obtain a tenure of 40 years, the maximum amount of loan that you possibly secure is around RM 210,000 based on current best rate. Monthly installment is estimated around RM 870~950. However, trust me, if you are the only one who pay for it, you will need to eat bread for every meals.

It is advisable to calculate the monthly installment that you are afford to pay and we can estimate the loan within your safe range. It is not a matter of how much you can borrow, it is all about how much you can afford.
