Hi,

I received an offer from OCBC.
They said is a special offer.

Loan Amt : 240k
Interest : BLR -2.1%

Is it recommended? What else I should take note?

QUOTE(clawhammer @ Aug 16 2010, 03:37 PM)
What's the lock in period and who pays for the legal fees?
*
Lock in period 3 years..
Legal fees we need to bear..is it normal?
If we buy second hand condo,is it normal to pay for valuation, bank legal fees,s&p legal fees, stamp duty..what else?
Appreciate some advice

Hmm..i still dont know which bank loan suits me..
BLR or fixed for whole tenure?
Dont plan to sell off this property in a short period..
if BLR keep increasing, then hard to keep up..
but if pay the fixed rate, means i need to start pay high interest start from now..

Bank 1 is ocbc,OCBC can offer better?
may I know how to do the calculations?
Some said should take fixed rate at least this 3 years will not be impacted with blr increase.

If use this method, bank 3 is the most secure..cos this 3years,blr fixed.in long term it's better.
