am looking for loan for around RM180k - 200k.  best rate so far is from UOB with BLR -2.2 whole tenure with free valuation.  can anyone offer me a better rate/deal?
*
U managed to get BLR -2.2% from UOB for less than 200K loan? Thats good. Can anybody else confirm this?

anyone can quote me BLR-2.3 for newly launched completed property at ttdi alam impian?  biggrin.gif

Same here..I also want to know.. if possible to get BLR-2.3 or better whole tenure for my newly completed house at ttdi alam impian... i know ocbc can do that..BUT

1) I was told that my lawyer not ocbc panel..thus cannot apply loan...this sounds weird to me
2) ocbc is not naza ttdi panel banks so have to pay valuation fees (panel bank like maybank waves the fee) ..but now ocbc in the process being the panel for naza ttdi ..so problem 2 is solved..

How true is this?..especially point 1

mostly under-con project, the loan agreement side will give back to s& p lawyer to do. else u wont entitle for some developer promotion offer.
if your lawyer is not panel, he can apply ad hoc basic. but if he got problem with that bank b4. sure can't do anymore till the problem solved.

if the properties is completed, any bank also can do, no panel required for that, just mostly all bank require u to do valuation report to get the market value and it will affect your loan margin.
not all bank can get market value to match your purchase price if it is mark up too high.

if loan 200k above for 2nd hand property (already built), do any bank now offer zero-cost which absorb the legal fee on loan agreement?

Thank you.

they are not absorbing, they just add it to your loan

Thx Alex for the reply.
Sounds like if below 300k loan, best is UOB to offer -2.2 with free valuation.

Yea.. Uob the best if you want free valuation. However, most of the bank also give legal fee and valuation fee to be finance into the loan. Still nothin comes out of your pocket for the loan. See how you look at it.

For free moving cost, u can try bsn! But kinda lousy to me.

Ctibank rates not competitive, package not so competitive and very strict in terms of criteria. Very choosy in terms of customers as well.
