appoint ur own lawyer a.k.a the lawyer who kept your house documentation. BS if bank says "its our panel lawyer"..they meant actually "its our friend lawyer" ...

i just booked a subsale apartmen @ selesa hillhomes & golf resort, bkt tinggi, pahang. its my 4th purchase.

need best offer. most like looking for blr-2.2% (min), max tenure possible (40-45yrs) and ZEC (most promo now is ZEC by BSN, Maybank etc..)

mv/sale price: 165k
loan: 90%
loan tenure: 40-45 years
location: bkt tinggi, pahang
gross salary: 7k

prop type: apartment
floor area: 1240sqft

any banker can quote for me? do pm me. thanks.

i had enuff transaction atm n this is only an emotional buy for this year. wudnt care much about prime/non-prime coz this unit is not intended for investment. just having a relatively near weekend spot.

i hv similar experience (at lower LA)
they wont bother even u request. they only stretch ur tenure to your desired repayment amount. my rate was blr(6.75)-0.78% last time n when blr drop to 5.55% i request to match the rate to currently offered. they lowered my repayment but the rate didnt change at all. felt like being conned by RHB right in my face! mad.gif

better change bank. saving gain minus penalty amount is what u need to calculate. at least BSN got HAPPY BSN HOMELOAN with ZEC - as simple as Balance Transfer.
