but i believe bbr is due overprice ==

Launching - 28th Aug 2010 (I'll touch Msia land 9th Sept but my fiance will do the down payment on behalf of me as booking; 10k)
My house to buy detail is:
Type: Terrace Corner Lot Location: Bandar Bukit Raja - Klang Price: RM~800k Spec: I think it will take 2-3 years to complete Plan: 95% Finance with good BLR rate for first 3 years; ZEC
I need to know, which bank tagging with Sime Darby this time for conventional loan and what's the best rate can provide!

To add up the story, I'm employed overseas, and therefore I don't have much to show up except of my good clearance for CC, Debt whatsoever.
Also what things I need to provide to bank to prove my income - Salary offer letter, and etc???

Took Std&Chtd OneMortage
-2.3, fullflexi (RM10 to maintain monthly), and easy deposit to reduce principal interest and withdrawal
Loan ~600k inclusive of MRTA but now allowed to include legal fees into loan
mmmm... Anyone know if KWSP allowed direct transfer to Std&Chtd current acc from purchase house ACC II?

I'm not sure about max tenure but I got 30 yrs for myself.
200k loan - I think you need to talk to bank officer and they can fight the best rate for you.
I'm not taking local bank due to 'personal' experience..esp. RHB and CIMB
Please read above statement correctly - personal so, doesn't mean you have the same feeling towards the bank!

kochin any reason for valuation at 570k while you buying it at higher price?
isn't you buying overprice property? or there is problem with the person valuating the location?
