I think so too. Heard they layoff quite a number of staff there but not sure here.

Check your english my friend, a threat is when you're in danger so threat fairs are pretty scary biggrin.gif A treat is when you get something for free. Very opposite meanings they have...

Anyway, I claimed my treat points two ways, one by downloading the form from the web and faxing it in. Second was to go to the MBB credit card place in 1U, they're even open on weekends and I got my Petronas vouchers on the spot there.

1. Basically u need latest payslip / EA form (if u have). Degree cert (or confirmation letter from your uni if you havent go to ur convo yet).
2. DA is free for life, cimb cc got annual fee
3. So far i know this is true for DA member get member program.

hi SnoWFisH,

Can we just show our cgpa slip as confirmation letter?
Do we have to register for DA member program or when we apply the DA, we are part of the member program?

Thanks

Salary payslip/offer letter, copy of IC.

If you submit a degree cert, your application could have a higher chance and faster processing.

2. What is the diff between normal cimb cc and direct access?
Different division and different set of privileges.

3.Issit any1 who hold credit card can get rm50 if thy apply for you?
I believe it's a rebate to your statement.

@dEviLs,
Get her name and contact details.  If U put in an application for it and don't get the RM50 rebate, write to Citibank and make a big fuzz ! tongue.gif  Also remember to state U've read the T&C prior to it yet U were told the rebate is still given, etc etc.

Give Citibank more paperwork to do tongue.gif

lol i got her work email, if I fail to get it then I will be after her mad.gif laugh.gif

I think I'm finally gonna apply for MBB Petronas. Reasons :

1) Free for life annual fee
2) Free TnG Zing card
3) TP with highest value among CC providers.
4) My primary bank is MBB so I can pay on the spot and see the CC balance get reduced on the spot (unlike savings-> cc transfer @HSBC)

I dont really fuel up much so 2% from DA is moot. Any feedback on this card?

for CIMB DA you need degree cert, its one of the requirements as its specially for degree graduate. if you still dont have it yet, just get a confirmation letter from your faculty (i used a confirmation letter to apply for mine).

when ur card get approved, ur automatically enrolled in the MGM programme..

as for the rebate, i think u have to ask arsenal, i think he knows better.

im using DA as my primary petrol card. I hold a grudge with MBB rclxub.gif ever since they shut down my savings account without notifying me.

I'm aware of that. It's just that TP in Maybank holds higher value compared to say.. HSBC. There was this rice cooker that I really like. 50k with Maybank points, 80k with HSBC points. Citibank even lousier tongue.gif

if im not wrong, MBB Petronas need to waits quite long to get approval since got a lots of applications.

pls read up the TnG Zing card. each time auto reload will be charge RM2.

since u have ur prority then just go ahead. for DA, it's for every petrol station, not just limted to 1 brand of petrol only. it's come handful when u travelling outstation, not knowing what station u going to come to when u running out of petrol.
