vin_ann, thanks for the suggestion, i am gonna look at it soon..........well one is enough but u never know when emergency times u really need to use money, "signing" a few cards will help...

give u senario, if one of ur family member fallen ill and need immediate surgery, but ur money here and there locked, need few days to clear(worst if the situation is on friday evening)....and private hospital says immediate surgery or else die, and they want rm10k (where to find rm10k cash? ps.lets say saving atm withdrawal max out already) ......sumore not to add one stupid card give rm4k limit......at times like this having 3 card with 4k limit would help, rite?

geram with Hong Leong today, can't temporary increase credit limit thru phone eventhough i have enuf amount of money in my current a/c with them...i even have my house loan n car loan with HL, can't they just do me a favor...geram....

haha, i use card hardly bcoz of the benefit, mainly due to convenience for payment , i use mbb visa coz it's free for life with minimal transaction , i having savings with mbb, so i can settle my card debt thru m2u or atm everywhere. i use HL master card coz previously it has TnG card attached tht auto reload n made it free too, i have loan with HL so i will make my trip to HL anyway, same goes to pay card debt (but i hardly use HL card, see mood).

recently i uses HL card coz my mbb card send for replacement, have since use my amex after just received it, plan to use it to replace mbb visa. but too bad today the company dont accept amex so have to use HL card, kanasai refuse to increase my credit limit a lil, i notice they only auto increase my limit when i hit 50% of the limit once.

Many people have asked similar question like yourself. Emmm ..... everyone should make an effort to read the threads before asking questions. I can say HLB card is not good but someone else may disagree coz different cards fits different needs.

Every card has its own specialty and benefits. One card from a particular bank may appeal to one but may not appeal to someone else. Understand what you want to have - dining, travel, discounts, petrol savings,etc and there's a card for everyone.

I used CC daily, for everything...just to collect points...

I have 4 cards currently, HSBC and UOB brings quite alot of dining and golf benefit...
while my EON bank can allow me to go into VIP lounge in KLIA and Changi...

what do you get at VIP lounge at KLIA? Free drink? pls share...

I got 2 from Citibank and 2 from DA also I am keeping one of the DA and one of the Citibank at home already....too lazy to separate...will most probably cancel the Citibank Shell after my reimbursement is done as well since DA gives more discount on fuel purchase...unless they wana upgrade me to Shell Gold and give me annual waiver

I have plans for all my cards one....

My UOB visa and Master are great to use in Malaysia and Singapore... they bring quite alot of discounts and privileges..

while my HSBC is great for traveling(especially Hongkong)

while my EON bank card ah... ehehehe... just for VIP lounge access..

for EON bank... Card Holder Only...
for Priority Pass by RHB or SCB... u can bring Guests...

But the access to the lounge using the Priority Pass you need to pay right ?

ermm...how about citibank? are they good for traveling also? coz just applied it...don wan apply HSBC though...
if i cancel too much credit card after apply, dunno the BNM will blacklist me or not leh?

What does cancelling your credit card have to do with BNM

Maybe the said bank will blacklist you coz you always cheat their free gifts la....j/k....I don't think anyone can blacklist you my friend....unless u are in debt and not paying
