why my wifi very slow? is there anything i can do to check my wifi setting?

its normally slow...for the pc to search fr wifi signal after the windows boot up

just had my mobo replaced by the dell support people. they sent me a refurbished unit with A08 bios..seems to be working fine so far..no more vertical/horizontal lines on the screen. also had my XPS sticker that was peeling off replaced, and also my bluetooth adaptor.

all in all, ok la. but i'm hoping this is the last time i'd have to call Dell Support. =)

Yup, the XPS lettering on the lid...mine was peeling off. the tech support guy who came over gave me a replacement sticker set. although only the 'X' was peeling off, i get to keep the 'P' and 'S' =)

yup, quite a few ppl are having the same prob on other forums. some even have their DELL logo on the lid peeling off!

yup.me too.refurbished A08 mobo.he did bring new lcd but when he replace this 'new' lcd,half of the screen show vertical line

.. another new user to the club, bought my M1330 after going through all the options available. Currently i am in Vietnam as an expatriate, just moved here for about 2 weeks now. Keeping my fingers crossed i would not face any kind of warranty issues with my unit. Did not have much chance to test the unit out thoroughly before i came over, bought it under the company account. Asked our IT manager to buy the best bargain under 4K, without software. Downgraded mine to win XP. Anyway, here are the specs, not sure of the rest though that i might not list, dunno where to check it (anyone can direct me to an utility that can list down everything for me ?)

so fast ehh, according to their estimate, my laptop should be reach at 26 may. But now, its faster then the estimate time that DELL give, and faster than what i thought!
