Hi all, here to share my story as well.
I'm with NYSS since 2009, as my facial problem (acne and scar) do improve after I undergo facial treatment there.
However, their service need loads of improvement. Once I've made an early appointment, say at 11am, and I happened to arrive there early by 15 minutes, one of the front desk staff asked why am I early and literally kick me out of the place, ask me to come back at 11am.
so since it was partially my mistake for "being early", so I just hang around and went back 15 minutes later.
Usually after a facial treatment, they will get you to sign a form indicating you have used which treatment and some details of the treatment. There's one time I found out that my consultant forge my initial for one of the items on the form. I questioned my consultant, and she explained it was for one of my payment (for the facial package), and they are having some audit, and couldn't get me to come in time to sign the form. With that explanation, I accepted it but warn her if it happen again, I will report her to the management.
The most recent incident, another appointment made and confirmed, this time say at 1pm, I reached there at about 1.10pm, inform the staff to call my consultant, and waited for 10 minutes. By that time I was getting impatient to get my treatment started, since it was 20 minutes past my appointment time. Then my consultant came out from the treatment room, and told me to wait for another 30 more minutes.
This time I was at rage and scold them, that they are wasting my time, waiting for them. What fury me more was I could use the 20 minutes of waiting for them, to pak toh with my bf.
Anyway I found another facial saloon, sales team not as pushy as NYSS, pricing cheaper especially during their carnival sales, product better than NYSS and gives out free treatments (2 free treatments per year). NYSS never give ANY free treatment since I joined in 2009, except for the free trial.
