I know ur post is quite old, but i am now in sort of the same situation as u, and was wondering whether u managed to claim back some of ur money, or stop them taking it by canceling ur credit card. I just checked my credit card statement online. They said they'd deduct monthly the fees agreed, but when I checked my statement they straight away deducted the full amount. I got really angry at this. Anyone know if I can file a complaint and get my money back??

I've also just signed up for 15 sessions, and after the second session they pressured me to sign up for another 15, but i refused, and feel really pissed off now cause i feel cheated when i signed up the first time. After reading all the bad reviews online, I'm thankfully I didn't sign up for another 15 sessions, would have wasted a huge amount of money. So far the treatment has been only so so, hopefully there will be some improvement so at least it won't be a total loss.
