I lost Rm600 to London Weight Management also, saw the ads on free trial session and my sis was interested so we both sign up but ending going alone since she OT at work. Reached there and get consulted by Mrs/Ms.S, get into a small room then talk about the sessions they have, what they do bla bla bla, typical promoting and then comes the main part, she say "I have upgrade your free session so you will get to try new products and one free fat burning session and there's a T&C (forced one) but you need to sign up for the package only can get to try all, RM1200 for 10 session and extra 6 for maintaining". I'm quite shocked since the ads say totally free one trial session so I rejected her but she keep talking talking talking, I even told her then just cancel the upgrade and try the original free session but she say she already prepare so can't cancel. I direct mention then I don't wanna try anymore. To be honest idk is it because I'm not really good with those intense situation since she started giving me some sort of black face, I did pay Rm600, half of the price for the package (went through dozens of excuses and I even say that I'm too fucking poor to afford all this shit). It start to becoming into debates lololol, a non giving up hard seller. I don't know how long the time has gone, I'm getting impatient so I say I give half of it first and surprisingly she's OK? I thought this type of company with sop should not change their pricing and its like bargaining at Pasar. Seriously it is so torturing for me cause I sensed their employees all giving some sneaky peek as i I got no money but still wanna get free. Wasted one whole day there, receive one small bottle of fat burner lotion and some sort of meal plan that you can get easily online (they claimed they proposed based on each customer's needs😑) and they left me a new date for next appointment. Obviously I won't go anymore but thinking I did spend Rm600, thought of finishing the remaining. Ms.S called to inform me about my next appointment then I said I want to cancel and get refund, so no refund, cant exchange into other things since I doesn't want to go for sessions anymore. Conclusion, money is really gone and getting spam calls every few times in few months gap asking when I wanna go for the session.
