Ahhh, thats bad relying on a GT to do all the processing. How are u gonna cop with all the cases  blink.gif

Die die also have to do. Weekends also sometimes have to come to branch. My manager also know how to do but him being a manager, of course will “taichi” all of the work to me la.

First few weeks all of my cases got errors. Constant RBs from head office. Then if cases got wrong that cannot be amenable it has to be immateriliased and do again. Not to mention the constant yelling/ scolding by the manager due to errors. I mostly learn how to do processing from previous A/A done by the PO. Just copy what the previous officer did on the A/A. Learning through making errors and getting yelled at. Such a conducive way to learn things /s.

For commercial case luckily got relief officer la but they’re not always there. So most of the time the work cannot be completely done. So I have to do also la.

The attrition rate at my branch is very high..can say as high as the HP Taman Maluri branch. Last year got at least 4 or 5 GTs go in and out. All resign within two months. I don’t plan on staying long tbh. I don’t see myself working here a long time. I didn’t bust my ass studying so hard to get an admin job like this.

I was employed as a Trainee Credit Analyst as per my offer letter. Apparently this is the job scope for a credit analyst @ Public Bank.

You’re in Public Bank too?

Nope, next month.
Sorry, this is my first time hear this kind of term. Btw, thanks for the info, I feel relief that even a bank branch consist of secretary, so that im not directly deal with manager when applying leave.

Most likely u will deal with ur supervisor (officer in charge) more.

If ur boss likes u, then u are lucky. U should be glad if u can deal with boss more.

Hi guys and girls, I just graduated from the UK and been living there since I was young so my Malay is very limited. Do you think this would affect me from being accepted? My interview is on Tuesday in Sabah. Thanks!

Should be able to, but it depends how quick you'll get your computer access la coz you need to apply through the system.

Working in HQ? Quite difficult la. I'm second upper from one of the "atas" university also they only offer branch level trainee credit analyst.

Hey,may I know how long it took for you to receive the offer letter after u went for medical check up?
I went for the medical check up last week, but I have yet to receive the call from hr asking me to go to sign the offer letter. I am kinda worry now. I have turned down offer from another bank because of pbb offer.
And all the best to your future endeavor!

Within a few days. My signed the offer letter on the same week I did my medical examination.

Hmm may I ask why you want to turn down the offer from another bank? Not trying to dissuade you from joining PBB lah.. I'm just a bit curious.

Yeah. I have heard many negative comments about pbb but I still prefer to join pbb as I don't have much choice now.
I got the offer from another bank as a collection officer but collection is not my prefer either.
So I choose pbb over it.
