I’m not sure la coz I only followed up with them after the interview.

They will ask where do you prefer to work and they will accommodate you la. Most probably if you ask for specific branch they will give you coz most the branches are really short on staff.
*
Alright, may I know which branch you worked at ? tongue.gif tongue.gif

To be absolutely frank la.. the job scope for credit analyst @ Public Bank for your first 6 months is basically data entry. SME/Branch or Biz Manager will give you cases (applications either housing or hire purchase) and then all you have to do is input the data onto the system, do the ISO stamping, scan documents onto the system and sometimes do file upkeeping. After that, once you have completed have to do letter offer (LO) for the customer to sign, and then have to print all of the forms required for the customer to sign la. After that, repeat the cycle.

So yeah, that’s basically my job scope lah as a trainee credit analyst at Public Bank. I hear sometimes if your branch is short on frontline staff, you have to relieve them.

After 6 months when you’re already a confirm staff then you’ll start on doing commercial loans. For commercial loans the process is a bit different la but overall it’s the same.

May I know what they asked you during your interview for the credit position? Any specific question ? Did they ask about the background of pbb ?

Hahha Cannot blow my cover. One of the big branches in KL la. Super busy one..
Just your standard interview questions. Since my education background is finance, they did asked for specific questions, like if a company/SME applying for a loan, what are the criteria that we should look for, anything that is needed to look/pay attention at before and while processing the loan. Interview very easy wan lah.
*
Hahahahahahah, its okay XD, Is it possible for those who not study finance/business related field get this position ? xD
they didnt ask you about their background ?

By the way, may i know the reason why u choose credit analyst rather than others? do you still remember what position available to choose for branch operation?

about salary wise, the 2.8k is for the candidate for all states / branch or its different based on states?
