Forget about getting the contact. I couldn't reach them as well for emergency. I sent a complaint letter to Air Asia regarding customer service issue.
I suggest you go to LCCT again Fast and Accurate-Dennis. |

I've got 3 AA promotional return KUL-SIN that I cannot use. Is it worth trying to recover something, like taxes? Last year I got back a tiny amount on a mixed set of domestic and int'l flights. 111 |

While booking, i actually did not select i have a checked baggage RM5 for 15kg...now i wan add it? how can i do that leh?

sigh, as far as i know, i dont think you can change your booking particulars after you buy them... at least not without some kind of extra service charge.. but i have no personal experience on this.. anyone else wanna enlighten us? |

i juz noticed so many ppl having great dissatisfactory for airasia.
i always fly using airasi as the fare is much lower den mas (most of time) 1 year around 4 o 5 trips to n fro. however, i found that they seldom delay and even if delay, the most is 30mins. maybe u all are unlucky enough. 1st time already encounter such serious matter.. kekekeke... *condolence* |
