I tried web check in today! Everything was fine but I didn't realize that my printer was out of ink!
Now I can't find a way to reprint the boarding pass... Anyone encounter this before?
Thanks a lot
-Dennis.

QUOTE(Chester @ Apr 25 2009, 02:36 PM) Boarding pass you can print at self service kiosk in LCCT right? Last month, i just do my online booking, then go lcct print the pass myself and have it certified and the counter. But now I've checked-in! That's the problem.. I wonder can I re-check-in again at the counter... |

Forget about getting the contact. I couldn't reach them as well for emergency. I sent a complaint letter to Air Asia regarding customer service issue.
I suggest you go to LCCT again -Dennis. |
