based on their free tickets, 5cent tickets, there's nothing to complaint about. best thing is, how AA brought MAS to cater for low & mid income flyers, by online deals, travel fair and fireflyz. previously need to wait for MATTA fair only can buy cheap ticket.

kudos to AA.

want better service/comfort, shell out more money la.

yes, now seats are pre-assigned, but you can select if you want to pay. IIANM , RM5 for normal seat, RM15 for HOT seat.

you are correct on the luggage. he must pay for another luggage.

btw, took flight KUL - Sandakan last week. horrible. i must have been the lucky 20% where flight delays. Delayed from 2pm until 4pm. reached Sandakan 6.30. dark already. sheesh. return flight was perfect.

of course peanuts for peanuts, but delays are somehow unacceptable. anyway, its peanuts laugh.gif
